Site plans for the financier's private tropical island included in the photographs.
Additionally included in this recent document release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and features a key identifying distinct parts of the property.
Alongside this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Additional documentation released as part of the current congressional disclosure.
